Anything tied to an account — logging in, changing your Membership, an invoice, cancelling — is handled inside the app rather than here. Sign in at app.czechyourway.cz/prihlaseni and use the support link there, so we can see the account you are asking about.

A broken link, a page that will not load, a sentence that does not make sense — tell us and we will fix it. These are the reports we act on fastest, because they usually affect everyone.

If we cannot agree
If you are a consumer and we have not resolved a complaint between us, you can take it to Česká obchodní inspekce (Czech Trade Inspection Authority), the out-of-court dispute body: adr.coi.gov.cz. This does not cost you anything and does not take away your right to go to court.
